Blueberry Burst Muffin Recipe

Recipe makes 6 muffins

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

Line 6 muffin tins with paper baking cups.

Blend 1 pkg 7 oz. Blueberry muffin mix (like Jiffy), 1 egg and 1/4 cup milk until slightly lumpy.

Cut 1 tube of frozen Blue Aloha Froozer into six even pieces.

Fill muffin cups with approx 2 tbsp muffin batter, add one (frozen) Froozer piece to each muffin cup, add another approx 2 tbsp batter to cover Froozer.

Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
